My love reading and writing bloomed during my sophomore year of high school. I was taking honors english at the time and the reading/writing assignments were genuinely enjoyable for me. Since then english has been my strongest subject. As an aspiring magazine editor I love jumping on the opportunity to utilize my writing skills outside of the conventional school setting. I'm always looking to better myself as a writer in addition to extending what I've learned thus far in my college career to those in need of reading/writing assistance. Tutoring students would be a great way for me to put my writing skills to productive use!

Hobbies
I grew up in a military family, so traveling has been a big part of my life. I lived in Germany for three years, where I attended high school as a freshman until the summer going into my senior year, and while living there I traveled to Spain, Austria, Italy, Turkey, and England. I've also traveled to Canada and around the U.S. I've spent most of my life here on O'ahu, which probably explains my love for the beach and hiking. When I'm not writing papers for school, you can almost always find me doing something outdoors. My aspirations/career goals revolve around reading/writing. Ultimately, I hope to become an editor of a fashion magazine.
