I have received degrees in both Chemistry and Biology from the University of Hawaii, Manoa. I received my master's degree in Chemistry from UC Irvine. Before making the decision to become a high school teacher, I chose the field of chemical engineering and worked in this profession for over a decade. I was also a chemist during this time period. I have since taught Physics, Earth Science, Biology, and Chemistry to students. Chemistry has been my most tutored subject for seven years.Additional courses that I have tutored include Algebra 1-4, Physical Science, Math, and Honors Chemistry. When I am not tutoring or teaching school, I enjoy mountain biking, scuba diving, and Ultimate Frisbee.
