Currently seeking my BS in Biology at Hawaii Pacific University. Only 3 semesters left! I started college at California State University Monterey Bay and decided to save some money so I transferred to a community college in San Diego until transferring to Hawaii Pacific University in the the Spring of 2015 My GPA is 3.78. I will be graduating with my Bachelors of Science in December of 2016. From there, I will move onto graduate school to achieve my masters and continue until I have reached my phD.
Experience
I want to be a tutor because I believe that sometimes it is easier to learn from different perspectives. I believe that many subjects that are thought to be 'hard,' like math or science, are actually easy when explained in different ways. As far as my math skills go, I have just finished a Calculus II course in the Spring 2015 semester and received an A. I took many IB and AP courses in high school and received college credit from these classes. I am seeking my BS in Biology so I have a lot of knowledge in biology and other sciences.
