Hobbies

Away from teaching, I love being outside, running or hiking whenever I get the chance. I ran the Honolulu Marathon in 2014, which was my first marathon. In college I was a track athlete and did multi-events like the Pentathlon, Heptathlon, and the Decathlon. Of the events, I miss Pole Vault the most. For the past two years I have also helped coach basketball and track and field. I would also consider myself as growing into being an avid reader, most recently finishing Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand
