With my years of experience working with a diverse set of kids ranging from Elementary School to College level, I can say that I have a good understanding of the learning differences of every student. Hence, being able to adapt to different learning approaches is pivotal to the success of the student as a learner and also the success of the educator as a teacher. I have a strong passion for helping students succeed academically, and I enjoy being a resource of help for this goal. I will be finishing my B.A in English, Language and Discourse in the Spring from California State University East Bay. I am also currently employed at Capuchino High School in Millbrae, CA as an Instructional Aide for the Special Ed. Department while simultaneously working with English Learners ranging from 10th graders to 12th graders in different English writing/reading/speaking levels.
